Default Clunk sound when dropping down a gear a speed.

LR 3 V8 4.4 automatic
I get a clunk from the back when I drop down a gear to overtake at say 110 kmh.
Gears change easy with normal driving.
No noise when cruising
All axles have had new lub in the last 6 months
Gear box oil changed in the last 6 months.
No leaks.
Any advice as to where to look?

You might check your driveshaft. The rubber ri g holding the center bearing will tear and the driveshaft will thrash about and whack the ring holding it. Also, the rear bearing will wear out and get notchy.
