Default Compressor problem?

  • The suspension has just started to go down on the rear drivers side after a few hours.
  • Water drips out of the compressor box when you are parked and it raises slowly could the desecant be dead?
  • Couldn't find any air leakage on corner that goes down
Are the 2 related or just two separate issues

Hard to say. I'd probably start by getting eyeballs on the compressor. You can remove the cap and look at the desiccant; replace if it's toast.

Do you have rear climate control that you have been using lately? It drains near that area. Really no way water could leak out of the compressor.

Get a spray bottle with soapy water and check the front and central valve blocks for leaks, unless you get a dash message saying raising slowly or problem filling reservoir its unlikely to be a compressor fault.

I use the rear Aircon, it's extremely humid and very hot at the moment so that might be it though no drips at the front.
Soapy water on the valves then to check for air leaks.

Less drips up front because, by design, the water drops on the exhaust. So it can be a little hit or miss with puddles up front. That or your drain ports are clogged! I had the that happen and ended up with dam carpet. They are very easy to clean.
