Default D2S Xenon vs LED

Has anyone switched their D2S Xenon to LED? What was the result? pros/cons?

no experience

but I would think a major con would be that our housings aren't made for LED light output
so you would likely blind oncoming traffic

Unless they are incredible well made LEDs for D2s conversion specifically, not only will xenon be superior but will look better.

Not sure if it's a worry here, but on my past Jeeps when converting from halogen to LED, while a major light upgrade, the loss in heat output would allow the headlights to snow/ice over while driving in winter weather. I could see that becoming an issue here too when swapping over to an LED bulb. Factory LED lights often solve for this by including lens heaters.

The loss of heat is not as significant going from Xenon to LED as it is going from Halogen to LED. Going from Halogen to Xenon in fact is a significant heat loss in and of itself.
