ideally, by fixing the issue that is causing it to light.
this could be as simple as new brake pads and wear sensors.
or as complex as a new parking brake module.

is the light amber? red?
what are your symptoms?
do you have access to a good code reader? (ideally LR specific)

we need more info from you.

The light is amber. I know the sensing wire is broken near the caliber. I only want to disable the light and check the condition of my brake pads how we always have, by looking at them.

Is there a fuse to pull?

Thanks!

You can not disable it, its been covered before. Just a week or so ago actually. The light is triggered two ways, first is via a simple circuit that runs through both sets of wear "sensors". Basically a good ole' dummy light. Secondary is a backup to a parking brake module failure, in case its indicator is out or disabled.

New sensor or join the wires together.
