Al, I have a 2006 LR3 SE and I was given some new door curtesy lights that are LED. So I went to change them out and guess what, yep no door curtesy lights. So my question is are the wire and plugs there in the door where the door cut outs are? If so I can just cut out the spot where the lights go and then plug them up.

Was hoping someone would know that way I don't cut the spot out and find nothing and am left with a hole in the bottom of the doors!

I think I remember reading a post where someone had installed them and the wires were there. Try doing a search and see what you can find.

 

TOMR did a write up on installing the door lights on a model that did not have them. Drop him a line or find the thread, AFAIK it was straightforward.

Yup tech section, basicly pull door panel,cut hole which is marked, find plug, reinstall
