Drivetrain binding and "clanking"

Drivetrain binding and "clanking"
My "clank" that has been around for years is getting louder. Only in 4-Lo and in a turn. Figure it's an axle or drive shaft.
Anyone had experience in replacing these components? Big job? Small job? $$$...?
