HI guys newby here, just recently boaught an old ex SA military series 3 circa 1980 according to the plate inside the engine compartement.
I have aprob;lem with this vehicle.......it goes well when i first start driving it.then after a short while i can feel that the brake pedal has become rockhard and is right at the top as if it is pushing back at me......the land rover also slows down significantly when the clutch is pressed in leading em to believe that the brakes are building up pressure and binding therby putting a bind on the wheels and impeding my ability to drive faster than 60 km h any one have experienced a similar problem or knwo what the cause could be.....it is a nON servo model brake system.......pleas help

 

Have you adjusted the rear shoes?
