Default DTC P0171 and P0174 Too Lean

Hello,
I just received these codes the other day. I checked for any leaks but didn't find any. I could hear the PCV air flowing but no leaks. Two years ago I replaced the PCV and MASS for p0171. Now two codes are present. Time for a new MASS again or ...

Some logs from IID tool. What do you all think?

Lean codes could mean anything...
Check for any leaks on harmonic air intake, air filter screws, O straps,oil cap and believe tr or not , dipstick's o ring.OnLR3 MAF sensor is usually associated with PO101 code.

Do you clean with bg44k or use special cleaner directly into the fuel rail?
