I'm going with that boot being loose or ripped!

Are low on Power Steering or Coolant?

The transmission cooler lines run into the radiator on the driver's side in the US market. I've seen transmission fluid seaping from these lines

Fair enough. My boot ripped on my stub axle a few years ago and grease was EVERYWHERE...your pic reminded me of that. Easy to check that boot and either confirm it or rule it out.

Your valve cover seal is leaking too. I would replace that. Use the Jag Part #AJ8 2856

I replaced my power steering rack for leaking seals... boot wasn't leaking yet but when we removed to replace tie rods, there was a bit of fluid in there. Doesn't explain the wet stain further up though.
