Certainly looks like the VCT seal needs replaced. Check out this link for further details on part No and fitting new seal, https://landroverforums.com/forum/lr...-engine-73818/

Sorry for the late I didn't replay because I waited to purshace tools to do service for my car for the first time + was little bit bussy ! Any way I bought that jag valve cover seal and replaced it and it was easy . After I replaced it I discovered that there is another valve cover seal is leaking , it's hiding under air filter and near the PCV
(PCV also is leaking) so I desided to do service by myself . I took out the under shield skid plate pls have a look
Here's another video but the oil didn't dripped onto the ground ! It's only stuck on some pipes and on oil cooler and upper it
Here also another video but before you opened it lower the volume please!
So after that I drained the oil and I measured it to now how much exactly was in the engine and it was 5.5 liter ! Which is equal to 5.81178515 US quarts. Is that normal ? Anyway I don't now exactly the leak is from where , engine , transmission ! Can you please tell me what I can do before I take it to the dealer 💸! Is there a way to measure the transmission oil ?

There is a way to measure the transmission oil, but I wouldn't mess with it unless you have to. It involves a strict procedure and set of conditions and likely burns to your arms and transmission fluid everywhere. The fluid is also very expensive. One thing not called out that tripped me up is that the engine must be running before removing the plug. Land Rover Workshop Manuals > LR3/Disco 3 > 307-01B Automatic Transmission, Transaxle- 4.4L > Transmission Fluid Level Check

Oil capacity is listed as 8 quarts, so yes that is low.

Does the fluid leaking have a smell to it? Transmission fluid smells different from engine oil. It also will probably have a lighter color to it (not as black) if you wipe it with a white rag.
