Default Fair price for an LR3 - new to land rovers

I am new to land rovers. I have always loved British cars and currently have an mg and Austin Healey. I am looking at 2 lr3, which seem a little overpriced. What do you think is a fair price for either of these lr3s

Granted different regions have different prices, but those seem high to me.

I bought my LR3 in September of 2016 from a dealer (used European car dealer).

2006 LR3 SE, 85k miles, no damage in or out, only thing about it was it needed tires.

I paid $12,500. No trade in or financing

Just an update had an interesting experience test driving an lr3. Here’s my review of the dealership. They were asking $11599 for this car. It’s prob worth about $2k

Test drove a 2008 Land Rover lr3. Put the keys in the ignition and had multiple faults including a system failure and ride heigh adjustment failure. Ok so obviously I was not interested anymore but thought I would test drive it anyway. Drove it for 15 minutes and engine was smoking. Popped the hood and oil was spewing from the block. Unethical and downright dishonest business.
