Found this loose on the front end any idea what this is???

 

tracking device from the CIA?

 

It is one of the Tire Pressure Monitoring receivers which would be found in each wheel well to receive data from the sensor/sender in the tire valve.

Cunning folks these CIA people making it look like standard car parts ;-)
