Default front end clunk clonk low speed 07 lr3

I have no history of the suspension. but I am all of a sudden getting a clunk clonk from the front end low speed under 30. I hit any kind of imperfection in the road I hear a clunk . under slow speed if I ever slightly press the brakes it there but faint. control arm bushings perhaps. any way I can check the truck before it goes to the dealer? while cruising and hitting bumps I hear nothing. also over speed bumps its really loud. any direction would help.

If it's got more than 60k on it (maybe even less) it needs the LCA bushings.

First set I had entire arms installed, doorman arms from amazon prime I think. Next time I may try to get some urethane bushings and new ball joints for my old stock arms.
