Front Proximity sensors

I need to change out one of the sensors in the font bumper but not sure how to remove and install the sensor from the bumper with out ruining the outer ring. Do you need to get axes to the back side of the bumper?

its easy, the damn thing is held in by the clips, takes a few picks to hold open the clips but once you do it will slide out.
