Gap tool iid

My gap tool has gone buggy. My computer won’t recognize it. When I plug it in to my rrs my iPad finds it but everything comes up red says nothing loaded. Help. Thx. Phil

No dealings with them myself but i know someone that was looking for a function that wasnt already available and sent an email to GAP who coded the function and sent it as an update - now that is service.

FYI there was an update recently that was causing some issues for some people.

Tech support at gap diagnostics came through like champs. Device is reprogrammed and working great. Two thumbs up for the guys at gap diagnostics! Phil
