Quick help PLEASE!! IID Tool not communicating

I just got a IID Tool and was able to connect it to the OBD port. I wanted to recalibrate the height sensors so purged the air from the struts. It dropped to bump stops and a Red Suspension fault occured. I plugged the tool back in and a red flashing light on the tool blinked and I cannot access it via blue tooth. it states "the tool does not respond".
this is a rather serious matter, as i use the vehicle to get places and I am not located near a computer to, i guess reflash the IID Tool.
How do I get it to read and is it possible to raise the LR3 from the Red Suspension Fault?

As an FYI- this is not the type of action that should occur with a 500+ device-

Email them, they are good at getting right back.

I’m assuming you had tried to connect multiple times?

Ingition in 2nd position?

Try removing the device from Bluetooth list and rediscover it....

Oh, do you have two devices? Maybe one took the connection. My iPad and iPhone fight over my audio dongle occasionally.
i know this was from a few hours ago. Hope you got it resolved.
