Its not Jeep people feeling insecure, its a Jeep Person. Every single post that commented about jeeps joined on the same day and only had a few posts. What the person did was make a few profiles, and then came on here and had a conversation with himself. We never have that many jeepers on at one time, it just doesnt happen. Sounds like someone had a little to much time on their hands and needed to build a little confidence in their truck. All they really did was give Jeepers a bad name in my opinion. Oh well! What ever floats their boat.

Haha, looking back at this thread trying to get my bearings about what can go wrong in an LR3 on snow/ice for educational purposes before I learn empirically now that I'm close to mountains. Was super surprised to hear all the jeeptalk since literally the only vehicle I've ever gotten stuck in the snow with is a Rubicon on 33s I rented while in Washington. Thing was miserably floaty, and glissaded right into a snowdrift at the first sign of trouble along a forest service road. Conversely, I've been really impressed with the LR3s traction control for normal situations, using decent Toyo A/T tires. Glad to hear this board isn't festering with closeted jeepfans, though I'd take a FC150 as a project any day of the week).
