Default Ignition Coils - Preventative Maintenance?

Opinions please. 2008 LR3 HSE. 206,000 miles. Running very smooth. Owned since 80,000. Regular full synthetic fluid changes, done by me. Regular air filter changes, maf sensor clean, throttle body clean, etc. Changed Spark plugs Nov 2015, at 105,000. Reason - seemed like a good idea at the time.

I have a set of new Ignition Coils. Thinking about swapping out Spark Plugs again. I have zero engine issues - should I wait until I have an issue, or swap out the coils and spark plugs now, as preventative maintenance?

Occasional towing, and occasional off-road usage.

Obviously I have the GAP tool.

Cheers, Simon

Default I'd do it...

...and keep your old ones as spares. Run the BG service through the fuel rail, too.

I plan to do mine shortly as I reach 200k miles. But I also plan to do valve cover gaskets at the same time. Nice top end refresh.
