Ignition Switch Replacement
Anyone have information/tips on removing the plastic around the ignition and accessing and replacing the ignition switch? I'm replacing the switch, not the key cylinder.
Symptoms of the problem I intend to fix: One turn starting no longer works, the key must be held on until the engine starts. The LR3 stays running only when the key is turned forward and held in place. Releasing the key will cause the engine to stall and electrical power to be cut.

Three T25 torx under steering column clamshell. Pry top from bottom and set to the side.
2 round head security screws on each side of switch, use chisel to loosen, pocket magnet to unscrew completely. 2 torx screws(T25?) attach plastic piece to front of switch on either side of column. Once all hardware taken out, slide switch towards seat and down, comes right off.
good luck.
