when I gas up my lr3 I can NEVER squeeze the gas nozzle all the was , as a matter of fact the only way to get it to fill without cutting (clicking) off is to squeeze it VERY slightly. it takes 10-15 min to put $40-50 of gas in. LR service has replaced somthing that fits on the gas tank (they told me they had to take out the 3rd row to fix). I had a loaner (LR3)for 3 days and did not have any fueling issues.

 

during our very first fill up we also experienced this. We cannot pump our own gas in NJ but the attendant had actually turned the pump handle upside down and this had actually worked. I guess he had similar experiences with other or similar cars. Give it a try and hope it works for you. This only happened once. After that all fill ups are normal.

 

HMMM, I will have to check with my chauffeur about that!
