Keyfob Passenger sill connection looks good, now what??
So both of my keys dont work, to lock or unlock....tested the keys and they are putting out a signal.
Checked the passenger door sill for a corroded connection, and it looks and feels great, maybe already redone?

Now what?!? I was really hoping it was broken and this was the fix I was looking for...

While that connection looks awesome, iirc you are looking for a thin green wire with white stripe
If all your connections are nice like that I think I would put liquid tape on them to seal then wrap in good electrical tape
Or even flux and solder then seal, think of it as preventative maintenance, I wish mine looked like that

Well I tore back into it and spent a long time searching for the splice, i was just about to give up and i found it! Corroded and falling apart! Just what i had hoped, as i had no other thoughts on how to fix this...
Cut away the crappy wires and soldered in a new wire to splice them all together, keys work perfectly! I am now a mechanic god.

That's great to hear and thank you for coming back to let everybody know what the end result was! I keep thinking I should check the condition of my wires, but I guess as long as my remote works, I should just leave it alone...
