Last Warranty Service..what to have checked?
O.K., our LR3 is going in for its' last maintenance before the factory warranty expires. What should I have them look for. So far there's been no problems except the leather on the steering is flaking off. Are there common problems that may rear their ugly head later that I could have checked now? Thanks

They will look for nothing. Unfortunately its your responsibility to complain about problems to get them fixed. Trust me, if a tie rod is loose and its not under a safety inspection and its not critically loose they cant touch it. If a leak doesn't come to a drip its not touched. Dealers regardless of manufacturer are unable to do anything because its called warrantee hunting. Warrantee hunting gets a denial by the manufacturer on the claim. And worse it can trigger an audit.
if you got a light out or an SRS or CEL light on the dash then yes they can do something. But stuff not seen won't get covered.
