Default loud growl when turning hard to the left at speed

We are on the return trip from San Diego to Montana/Wyoming, Yellowstone and Grand Teton trip, if you haven't been there, get there, it is spectacular!

While driving up a winding mountain road, I noticed a loud growl out of the front right wheel/axle while going around a hard left turn, I back off the speed and the growl stopped. I have taken turns a little more gently since. Last night coming into Park City, Utah, I noticed a little shutter on a left hand turn coming from the front right on a 65 mph turn on the freeway, tighter turn than most freeways. Any idea what may be the cause, wheel bearing, bad axle, ? Other than that, the truck is performing beautifully! Did a little off-roading along the way with miles of dirt roads and trails. Great vehicle, super comfortable and getting 19 mpg at 80 to 85 mph. freeway. That plus gas is only about $2.70 for premium! thanks Phil

It could be a wheel bearing. How many miles are on them? Life expectancy for OEM (which is Timken) is about 120,000 miles. Of course more is possible but thats about when I say its time to start keeping an eye on em.

I used to get a random noise from the front it was the dsc going active due to slop in the lower steering shaft I think. Once I replaced that it went away

thanks for the suggestions. I will check those out. Made it back home this evening. Overall gas mileage for nearly 2,000 miles, 18.4 mpg. Truck ran really well, it was fun to have it in its element up in Montana, Idaho, Utah and Wyoming. It looked good with mud down the sides!
Got home and gave it a good exterior washing, bugs were caked on the front bumper and hood. Next up, find the growling in the front end, lower front control arms, oil change, front and rear diff fluid changes and a new tranny pan and fluid change.
