Default LR3 2006 with 197k miles reduced engine performance idle low

I have gone through these post and troubleshot already with no luck. Please help.

LR3 is saying reduced engine performance and idles under 600 when turning on the AC the car feels like it will stall and idles lower. When putting car in Sport Mode I can get it to idle higher and drive at least above 45 MPH however it still flashes the reduced performance and the engine light flashes orange.

things I have done that have not improved the car
  • Changes Coils
  • changed water pump
  • cleaned MAF
  • cleaned Throttle
  • reset MAF sensors
  • reset the Engine and transmission sensors
  • replace right front strut
  • replaced thermostat assembly
  • replaced oil pan
  • changed trani fluid
  • replaced rear air boot and more

what on earth is the problem?? I get all these codes fix the codes and still have the issue

codes pulled in May are

P0301-00 Cylinder misfire detected
P0313-00 Misfire detected with low fuel
P0171-00 system to lean
P0741-00 Torque converter clutch still annoyed circuit performance or stuck off
All intermittent

I assume you have also done a hard reset, disconnect battery for a few minutes?

Usually misfires/leans indicate a vacuum leak. The obvious is oil filler cap and dip stick. These engines are VERY sensitive to vacuum leaks, unlike any engine I have worked on before. You will also want to check out the EGR valve and even its far back end behind the engine where two. 10mm (?) bolts secure the tube to exhaust. You did not mention PCV valve, those can fail and cause a major internal vacuum leak. With both PCV and EGR you can temporarily blank them to test things, I would start with the PCV since you can disconnect it from the intake tube just before the throttle body and block both ends to see how it runs. You also can not rule out a poor fuel pump operation. You should also check out all the intake plastics after the MAF, they can crack around the ends were the worm clamps tighten. Those cracks can get big enough to allow unmetered air to enter.
