Hey all! New to the forum. Just recently purchased a 2006 LR3 4.0 V6 with what looks like is the Ford motor. The PO sold it for pretty cheap so I figured I couldn't pass up the opportunity. Their was one catch though. He had replaced his spark plugs and stripped out the threads on cylinder 3. To add to this, he tried to tap new threads in and heli coil the threads. Turns out he tapped it at the wrong angle and completely screwed the passenger side head. Looking to see if anyone has replaced the heads before on this motor and if it's possible to do without pullingthe engine. Any and all tips/ comments would be greatly appreciated!!!
