Default LR3 belt noise, thoughts?

I know the alternators can make some noise before the baring in them go bad. I am not sure if this is it though. Did some shallow water/backwoods runs this weekend. Water depth was about 4 inches up the doors, so not at max (car in off-road height). But lots of puddles, etc. Afterwards, I noticed a squeak related to engine RPM.

Its high pitch, almost like a bad caliper clip, etc.
If I fire up all the heated stuff - seats, windshield, rear defrost - there is no change in intensity.
When I come to a stop, the noise slowly goes away after about 45 seconds. Then only a rev of the engine brings it back until it quiets down.

One tensor appears replaced, its really clean compared to the rest of the engine parts. I wish the engine was not so packed in, would make it easier to tell so I dont have to make a post on it. So besides alternator, is there any component that comes to mind? Otherwise I am going to replace tensioners and alternator anyway and go form there. Been planning on doing alternator because I travel to places very far away from any civilization anyway.

Since replacing the driver side, rear, tensioner pulley and idler pulley I have not had this issue. I still have to do the forward/passenger side pulley as the one that came was not the correct width for the belt.
