LR3 / LR4 Rear Differential Actuator Replacement - Tips/dissection!
Hello,
Wondering if there is any trick to getting the electrical connector back on? I can only seem to push it on. I can not rotate it. With the connector like this, I'm getting an error about an open circuit to the rear diff motor. If I remove it completely I get some other errors. So it seems it is partially connected.
BTW, if you remove the rear most exhaust hangers, and the exhaust hanger just by the diff, the exhaust hangs down far enough to drop the locking assembly out. At least on my V6 gas model.
edit: I don't know WTF I did, but I just went back out after fighting with it for 2 hours and it twisted this time. Errors gone, self test with the gap tool passed.

Yup... sounds about right. Excessive use of vulgar words helps too. I hate that connector location.
