Default LR3 Manual Sunroof / Roof Opening alignment?

So as we know the sunroofs on the LR3 are pretty **** poor in design. Sure they have an auto alignment feature, but this assumes that every mechanical bit is in proper order. Yet the plastics on these crack all over the place which can throw things off quite a bit. Only a tiny misalignment can result in wind noise or excessive water entry.

So I decided to finally dig into RAVE manual and see what I could find. I found one PDF for removing the glass itself - 3 bolts on each inside when in vent position. Okay, great. Then it says before tightening the glass panel: "Align the roof opening panel glass. For additional information, refer to Roof Opening Panel Alignment (76.84.82) (Section 501-17)". Sadly the PDF for that is blank and I can find noting on how to manually check the panel alignment to ensure its proper. Anyone have smoothing to manual alignment? If not, I can probably just use body alignment blocks and wing it.

When I had to change out a blown out piece of glass I left it loose enough to barely move. Then I ran it fully closed and open several times. If it does not fault during the open/close sequences = it will learn it's position and be done.
