LR3 no crank no start after water ingress
Hesitated to post this based on so many other threads. I've gone through them and am at my witts end.
LR3 died on my son while he was pulling away from the gas station. Tried to jump it thinking it could be a weird battery drain. Couldn't get it to crank and ended up towing it home.
When home - noticed the classic wet passenger floor as well the driver side with prob bad cowl and def drains.
Got a new battery - tried to start - no crank - click under pass dash - radio also cuts out when trying to start
Pulled wheel well to clean grounds (pretty sure I got the right one) - no change
Swapped the starter - no change - was a rebuilt unit but I assume it was fine
Tried to jump the relay - no change
Pulled the CJB - doesn't seem to be corroded - pulled the back off and the board on that side at least looks ok
Swapped the crank position sensor - no change
Swapped the TCC - No change
Ground behind the battery seems to - ran a ground from the block to the battery with jumper cables to make sure - no change
What else can I check - driving me nuts -
