If you don't have anything else, try dish soap. My shop used some sort of thick white grease made for rubber.

There is a debate on lube

Poly bush site says only use dish soap

Energy suspension site, use their white ish grease, or marine grease, I used marine grease inside and out, use never sieze on bolts

I've installed PolyBushes on 3 different rigs now. Never used any lube at all on the first 2 (D1 and RRC), then when installing them on my LR3 I used some cable lube I had in my service van (basically dish soap). Later when t/s'ing some other problems I pulled the bushings on the front out and re-installed with the Energy Suspension tub 'o snot. It's definitely slick, and it sticks to EVERYTHING, but other than allowing me to push the bushings in by hand it didn't make any significant difference.
