I saw this funny thread a while back with folks asking about what it would look like to remove the seat and JWest losing his mind (I don’t know him)! It took me a while but in the interest of everyone’s sanity and health, here are some photos.

 

Funny I am planning on doing that very thing in mine to put a fridge right there

 

And I dont even have a second row. I also have only one third row seat. If I had a second row, I like how the middle is gone and might have done the same.

 

Works great. You can pull out a drink while driving.

Nice seat covers have a set myself.

Jwest is on a few of the forums but doesn't frequent this one as much anymore. I think to many of us deviated from his LR3 proper spec plan to bad he has a fair bit of knowledge

 

Even just pushing that seat down and strapping a fridge to the seat works or make a platform for the fridge.

 

True but I rarely need more than 3 seats so those rare times I need 5 someone can sit in the 3rd row
