Default LR3 Suspension Fault

I have a 2006 LR3 with a red suspension error that reads :suspension fault and special programs off. The compressor does not engage. The ODBII shows no error codes. I have tried the following without any success:

-Replaced relay
-Checked all fuses related to the suspension
-bypassed the relay and the compressor motor runs
-replaced the front EAS suspension valve block
-replaced the battery

Any suggestions? My only thought were the compressor is gone or height sensors?

When you bypass the relay and run the compressor motor, does the EAS raise?

I only let it run for about 10-15 seconds, but it did not raise.

Hmmm....so maybe the motor is running but it's not making pressure.

Does the red suspension fault come on at speed or even at a stand-still?

The red suspension light is on as soon as I start the engine. The suspension is totally deflated so I haven't driven it. I've let it idle for several minutes to see if the suspension light would change to amber or the compressor would inflate, but neither have happened.

I think it's the compressor.

Do you think it would be an issue if I bypassed the relay for longer to see if it would inflate? I just don't want to burn something up.

Thanks!
