2005 lr3 not shifting until 6-6500 rpm. Shift perfect in manual. Sometimes a Christmas tree of lights come on other times there's no lights. Every so often it will shift fine.

 

Could be numerous thing but i'd start with alternator output and battery condition, check fluid level and if it has been serviced previously.Transfer case electrical connector can get corrosion on it causing various xmas tree lights and poor gear shifting, can also be in need of a valve body or full trans rebuild if mileage is high. You need to get access to a diagnostic scanner to confirm what the actual cause is.

 

Yeah... need codes really. Can be numerous causes, even engine related (the transmission relies heavily on the MAF for example).
