Question LR3 Woes - Gearbox issues

So I've been dealing this a number of issues with this 06 LR3, currently its got 240k miles(yeah I know). Currently the main issue has been shifting issues and transfer case issues. The trans has been shifting very strangely, very sluggish and delayed shifts or just not wanting to shift at all. Today I found a little off road spot to do some testing, and it could barely make it up a small obstacle, it would start to move then it seemed like it was just revving in neutral. The only way I can drive it, is to use command shift and manually shift and let off the throttle or else it either wont shift or rev out and shift hard and throw a fault. The second issue is that the low range has been flashing, this is when the problem first started....

So a little background, I bought this a few months ago with bad air suspension, at the time it didn't not have these issues. I decided to ditch the air and do the coil conversion from AB, after that the only issues I had was some misfire(which new plugs and coils took care of),also replaced the brake light switch, and some bulb, next was the Flashing red parking brake light and none working fuel gauge. Which it still has these issues but will be fixed very soon. After the coil swap and the tune up all was good with it for a couple of weeks. Then one night leaving the store the DSC light and the low range flashing, and the shifting issues came about. I ordered a scanner and started to see what was going on. I recalibrated the SAS and managed to get the DSC light to go out. Every now and then i'll get a HDC fault but a restart it always goes away. I've tried many times to recalibrate the Tcase but I always get a communication failed message.

Ive already checked the TCCM and replaced it with no change, Already changed the brake switch. I've ordered a new Tcase motor thinking maybe the gears have stripped. Seems like 2 codes I get consistently is a p0806-00 clutch position sensor and p0915-00 Gear shift position

I've been doing so much reading and research but running out of ideas. Any help?

Did you check trans fluid level?

And I think the motor was a good choice. Although I think the gear(s) may be available separate, I think I recall seeing na upgraded metal one.

Yes, i just checked it and it did seem abit low, I did add fluid as well as some lube guard. Absolutely no change.

If you just pop it over to sport mode and not full command shift how does it drive then? How does the shifter feel? Does it feel stiff trying to get it to drop into D?

The shifter itself moves freely and easily. If i try to drive it in just "D" it either won't shift gears or rev out and shift very harshly. If I drive it in command mode, it seems to shift okay if I let off the throttle and let the rpms drop.
