Any updates? I am considering pulling my cluster from my 2008 RRS and shipping it for repair. I am getting random uo167 and have tried everything.

Yea Full cluster replacement for the issues.
Took a while due to the COVID issues, but with new cluster, no issues on that front since.
The only issue I have and cannot figure out, is the Lean Codes that continue to plague me.........

i also had lean code issues i batttled in spring. smoke tested multiple times with shop grade smoke machine. replaced air duct from box to throttle body and then mass air flow sensor. then reset fuel trims. i think reseting fuel trims is what is needed to verify fix. i feel like i may have only needed air duct.

Clusterfix repaired my 2007 when I first got it in Feb. 2022 with 105k miles. Currently just over 132k miles and no problems since. My 2006 now with 174k miles never had the cluster problem.

While idling, the flashers would start, doors would lock/unlock, cluster messages of HDC fault, no DSC, transmission fault, radio message of vehicle shutting down. If I turned the key off it would not restart - no crank with key in starting position. After some time, 15-45 minutes, it would crank, start and run fine.

Pushing the trip reset button on the cluster triggered this condition once. Also, unplugging the cluster mimicked the same condition, but I obviously couldn’t read the cluster messages.
