Default Must be blower motor season...

So the previous poster got me to the pearly gates of getting my fried fricken motor out THANKS! My blower has been squealing for several months, then it just stopped blowing all together a few days ago. I thought it was the motor that just finally gave up, so I ordered a new one, tossed it in, NOTHING. Well actually not nothing, when I place the fan dial from OFF to ON, the squirrel cage momentarily fires up then shuts off. Did my fried motor perhaps burn a sensor out? I have a 2007 LR3, the rear blower still works. Not sure what other info would help. I haven't seen any fried fuses, but I'm not sure which ones to check, besides the obvious ones.

111 reads, anyone have a direction I may be able to head? Is there a wiring diagram that I can take a gander at? Does anyone know if there is a relay or resistor, that may be toast??? As I stated when switching from off to on, the motor momentarily turns on.

I have no looked at mine, but is there a blower motor resistor on these things? Most cars seem to have them and they are a common failure point.

edit: Seems there is one.

edit agan: Keep in mind bots and even search engine browse the forums, lots of false views are tallied up.
