Default Newbie looking at a 06

Found a 06 LR3 with 62k on it. ((HSE) I found a highly rated warranty company. 2 years 40k miles no deductible for $1600.
It looks and drives great. Just had front wear items done
only thing is seems to be a constant sound almost like a break pad worn out Hear it al light acceleration never gets louder or changes with increase in MPH
Lot changed the differential and still there. Any ideas ?

the noise sounds like a diff. Did they change out both? I would be suspect that they even changed one. A rebuilt/new diff installed is in the $2500-$4500 range.

What is the Warranty company? I have done quite a bit of research in this area. Many of the top rated companies are basically scams. Especially Delta Auto Protect. Check out Yelp reviews, vs other review sites. Do not trust review sites. Fake reviews is now an actual industry. Have just been listening to a fascinating podcast about this.
