not shifting properly
Double check and triple check that ALL your tires are the correct size and if you replace tires in pairs instead of all four at once, shame on you. If the problem started after a tire was replaced or had tires rotated, don't assume they are all correct, physically read the tire size on each tire and compare to Tire Placard on the door jamb.
Small variances in the tires will cause this.
Also keep in mind that tires should be matched. Its a proven fact that two different brands of the same size can have different rolling diameters.

So I had an issue where I updated the software on my TCCM, and the tool I used at the time didn't have a TCCM calibration routine. While driving around with a TCCM error, the transmission would not shift gears properly, even though the TCM wasn't storing any codes, only the TCCM had codes. It would hang out in gears for a long time, and not want to shift past maybe third without going past 4500 rpm. I could shift it manually without issues.
Today I calibrated the TCCM, and all of the issues went away.

Nanocom is what I've got.
But I do want to say that I had an error logged for not being calibrated. This was actually due to me updating the software and the update cleared the calibration.
The only reason I mentioned this is that I've heard of the TCCM going bad, either from water or battery acid, and I was just wondering if maybe a bad one, but one that didn't log any errors might cause similar transmission shifting problems.
