Default OEM Head Unit Swap to get working disc changer - simple or nasty?

I have a 2008 LR3 HSE on the MOST system with the Harmon Kardon stereo.

I've got a good deal on a new cd player/am/fm in front of me so I'm curious if it's a simply DIY swap or if I'm wading into an unknown nightmare?

Generally the stereo is fine so it doesn't "need" swapped really, but there are a few pixels going out on the radio screen, the radio itself works totally fine but the screen displays the data from the previous station I was on, and the CD changer will accept and cycle through CDs but doesn't actually play them. None of these are enough to warrant a big project, but if its a straightforward swap then I might take the time to do it.

Thoughts?
