Cool Once you go black, you never go back...

Black paint was beat, water spots, swirls, moderate scratches...
(Can't find a pic, but you know)

Clay, Meguire's Swirl X and Barrier Reef Carnuba Wax ($21 for just wax)

Interesting. In my case it was my black LR3 after which I've said to myself "never again!" (and this is after owning black cars for 20+ years). I guess flat body panels + non-metallic Java Black paint make every chip, scratch or swirl visible no matter how hard you polish and wax. Yes, they are not that apparent in dim light, but when the sun comes out - forget it...

I put another coat of wax to pretty much eliminate the swirls...
