P0173 Code
I've ran BG cleaner through the rails and injector via the canister system. No luck thus far getting rid of the codes. Truck runs great, idles smooth. Cant get rid of the codes! Maybe I have exhaust leak, I cant hear anything but maybe the slightest ticking sound.
As I recall there was a very long thread about a lean trim problem and after doing all of the things listed here plus a whole lot more, resetting the engine adaptive learning cleared solved the problem.
May not be your problem, but one worth looking at.

How is that reset?
You need to use a GAP tool or equivalent. Do not use your OBD device, it'll clear the codes fine but it won't reset adaptations. Some will say you can disconnect battery, wait some period of time, etc...I've never had luck doing that. You need a device capable of telling the ECM to forget it all and go back to stock maps.
Since you've pulled the throttle body, I would STRONGLY suggest that you do get your hands on an IID Tool and reset them. Don't keep throwing parts at this until you do that first unless you want to make your parts supplier wealthy.
Good luck.
