Anyone know what part would need to be replaced with this code?
a new gas cap has been tried and a new DMTL pump installed
please help!!

It is possibly the earth connection. Check on the RH front wheel arch under the liner is a connector where the "red" wire rubs through. This is the earth wire.

 

Do you by chance "top off" the fuel tank after the auto shutoff at the gas station pump?

Pull the spare and check/clean the connections to the evaporations canister otherwise the DTML pump may in fact be bad. They do fail.

 

I do not overfill the tank,
A new pump has recently been installed.
this red ground wire, is it pretty obvious if you remove the mud guard under the fender?

Did you ever figure out the P0447 code. I'm having the same issue and can't figure it out.
