Default Panaromic Roof Replaced =now no sat radio

Hello everyone I just had the roof glass replaced under my insurance thank god!!

Anyways we had it replace and i assumed they put the right antenna on top because its there too.
However I am getting a "no service" on the channel and I can't change the sat radio channel its stuck on the same channel.
Thought this was funny because I can still change the fm radio stations, play aux through audio and do other functions on the radio.

i haven't check the bluetooth mic yet so maybe there is something there.
so is there a satellite reset button or did they forget to hook some wire back up when they put the glass in?

They probably for got to connect the antenna wire from the radio to the antenna on the roof or wherever it is. Just take it back and have them connect the wire. Sat antennas normally control sat radio, emergency roadside, gps; FM isn't satellite driven so that's why it works.

they either cut the wire cuttin out the glass or did not hook it up, guessing you have the shark fin thing on back of the roof, i dont have sat radio and mine has a blank plug there
take it back to the glass shop

thats like a $900 piece of glass iirc

Look at my thread here for a picture that might help if you want to take a look yourself. However, you should be taking it back to the shop that did the work and have them correct it for you.
