Hey everyone. I just got my 07 LR3 SE with 37k today!! I am pretty excited and glad to finally be able to post on here. I do have a question. My Iphone is paired with my system but I just want to only have 4 numbers preset. I don't want all of my contacts to sync so I don't want need the software update. My dealer is ordering the owners manual because my LR3 didn't come with one. How do I setup a number to dial if I just push #1 or #2 etc. on the phone pad? Thanks so much!!

 

HMMM... what software update are you refereing to that will alow a person to sync contact from their iphone to the bluetooth phone system. I have an 06 LR3 HSE and it was my understanding that only nokias connected directly via a cable can sync contacts. If there is a software update that will alow me to do a wireless sync of my contact with my iphone 4 I would love to know about it!

 

Hello. I have heard that as well about the Nokia's. I read it somewhere on this forum or landroversonly.com that someone got the dealership to do a software update on their radio and it synced their contacts. It's at the dealership right now getting some touchups done and I mentioned this to them so they are going to check for me. I have the Iphone 3g and just ordered the 4g, can't wait!!! I'll let you know what the dealer says. Thanks.

I have a 2007 se. I had the dealership flash a software update and I was then able to access the iphone contact lists from the HED unit. This is nice since the phone lives in my wife's purse and doesn't have to come out to make a call. This did not work with my LG shine.
