your attached Carfax says the LR3 is no longer for sale, if you can get the seller to take the car to Discovery Automotive in Cary and let Dave give it a pre Purchase Inspection that would be your best option. Dave knows LR3's inside out and will not sugar Coat what he finds, you would have to contact Dave first and Pay for the inspection upfront about $180 I think.
