So it looks like these have gotten wet at one time or another, or the humidity went to work on them. I am wondering how to re-glue the cloth onto this cover. Is this just a piece that pops off and snaps back on?

 

Under the airbag plastic is a single torx bolt. Just pop the cover (it stays hanging) and remove the single bolt. Then it just pops off. The problem is the old glue, you really should remove it all and buy new cloth to cover properly. Maybe it was the glue I used, 3M 77 spray, but it would not hold. I am trying 3M 90 next time. If that does not work, then I will get new material and strip the covers clean.
