Default Radiator leak

I started trying to track down a leak that was leaving a small amount of what looked like dried coolant on my alternator. I checked all the usual suspects and could find no leaks. I rented a pressure tester and after pumping the system to around 12 psi I found coolant seeping from the passenger side edge of the radiator at the top where the metal and plastic meet. I had never seen any coolant leaking there prior to the pressure test. Has anyone come across this before? Is there any way to fix it or am I looking at buying a new radiator?

Most likely it would be time to replace the radiator. Any "fix" would likely be temporary and if your like me it would fail at the worst possible time.

I had the same sort of leak that would spritz a very small amount coolant and would dry on the front of the engine cover. I could see coolant drip on the plastic radiator end tank just below where the aluminum section clamped to it. I ordered a replacement radiator and it arrived damaged, long story short, I squeezed the aluminum tangs in the area of the leak ever so slightly to see if that would slow or stop the leaking and never saw another drop. I've had plastic radiator tanks develop cracks before and there is no way to repair them that I know of. The plastic tanks don't last forever, so I just keep an eye on that area and check the coolant frequently. YMMV...
