Default Rain Sensing Windshield

I unfortunately got a nice big chip in my windshield this weekend after only owning the truck for about3 weeks. Anyway, I need to get it replaced, but am not sure if ithas the rain sensing feature. It is definitely heated, but I have not figured out all the features of the truck yet.

Also, I have seen that a few guys have had their non heated windshields replaced with heated units and theyactually have gained the heated feature. So my other question is: If I do not have a rain sensing windshield can I put one in and gain the feature?

Default RE: Rain Sensing Windshield

I have an SE 2005, with Lighting, Cold Climate, Rear PDC, Heavy Duty, Nav, Rear Seat/Climate, and tow pkg. We have the rain sensor, so I belive you do to. The wiper controls and Owner's Manual are confusing to operate though, as if the writers of the manual never actual saw the car.
