Angry Rear fog light dash light flashing

So this has to be hands down the weirdest issue Ive had to date yet. The preface the issue, I replaced the thermostat with the housing and this issue occurred. When I use my left turn signal the rear fog light indicator light on the dashing with flash in unison with the turn indicator. I don't have a rear fog light installed and this is just an annoyance but Im ready to just pull the fuse for the rear fog lights. Does anyone have any remote idea when I can do to troubleshoot this?

When I replaced the coolant thermostat with housing there was some coolant that leaked out and only a small amount. But it only went in the front area in front of the engine which easily would get wet in water and I have never had this issue. Does anyone have anything I can grasp at to check? thank you.

What do you mean when you say you do not have a rear foglight installed? Do you mean there is no bulb in the assembly for the rear foglight? I believe the rear foglight function is standard on all LR3s.

I honestly didnt think I had them since they were obvious. I just assumed as it is possible. That bit can probably be ignored about the issue

I would turn on your rear foglights and go outside and check to see if the bulbs are burnt out or even installed. Maybe start there and move on to fuses and relays.

Odd.... trailer harness? Not that the trailer harness should connect to the rear fog lights. Or so I would assume.
