Default Rear seatbelt help.

Just got a LR3 V8 HSE today and for some reason the center seatbelt for the second row is unbolted. The retractor is in place in the seat back but the end of the belt itself is undone. In my quick looking around I don’t see access to where it should be bolted in. I tried doing Google searches but I can’t find directions for the belt replacement. If someone here could point me in the right direction so I can put this back together I’d really appreciate it.

Tumble the driver's side 2nd row seat forward and you'll see where the belt bolts in.

Good Lord, I need to vacuum!!

Thanks, I didn't know the seats tumbled forward, I thought they only folded flat. I don't think mine had ever been flipped forward so they were really stuck, once i got it forward it was easy to get it back together.
